The Army Families Federation (AFF) is an independent charity which works to champion the needs of Army Families. It is a multi-directional communication organisation. We support families with individual casework, we inform families on entitlement, process and change and we negotiate partnerships with government organisations, local authorities, charities.

Responsibilities included managing workstreams and delivering policy documents as part of large budget procurement programmes. Stakeholder engagement and customer relations were core skills, as was the ability to build good relationships with Defence Primes. Also responsible.
