Established Pasquale’s as an institution in Belize, where people, from all six districts throughout the country, chose to spend birthdays, graduations, date nights and important family moments. Avoided the pitfalls of many expat businesses and successfully navigated a volatile supply chain and political environment. Increased sales by more than 165% from the opening of the business to reach a monthly sales average of $37,478 USD in our last year.

Client: Starcom MediaVest, a Division of Publicis Groupe, July 2010 - December 2011Developed project schedules and deliverables of a Capsaicin proprietary dashboard and data suite for 13 international SMG clients. Client: Vivaki Nerve Center, a Division of Publicis Groupe, June 2009 to July 2010Managed daily workloads for up to 30 engineers based in Chicago, Belarus, and India. Engineers were employed by Revere Group and Capsaicin LLC as well as VNC. Developed project schedules and deliverables for a VNC proprietary search campaign management tool and the migration of the underlying multi-terabyte datamart to the Amazon AWS technology.

Managed technology products transition when Performics was sold from DoubleClick to Google to Publicis Groupe over an 18 month period. Continued new development during the transition period as well as purchased new hardware to create new environments used to maintain product service level agreements. Defined technical product strategy for a new business unit within the Performics portfolio which focused on small businesses.
