Following the completion of the iCares programme I moved into a management role within Integrated Commissioning. As well as managing a team of Commissioning Officers and Project Support Officers, my responsibilities included:Contract ManagementQuality Monitoring of Adults Residential, Nursing and Home Care ProvidersManagement of Health CHC, D2A and End of Life referrals. Development of iCares system guidance and ad-hoc staff training within the team.Drafting Change Requests and development of new processes in collaboration with Social Care, Technology and Quality teams.

Promoted with the iCares programme, as Solution Designer I worked closely with the business subject matter experts to build an end-to-end iCares solution. Utilising a range of business analysis skills, I was tasked with capturing stakeholder requirements and understanding current processes, and translating this into a new streamlined process for which the iCares solution will be designed.

iCares is an exciting council-wide Programme which will develop a new integrated Social Care solution to bring Adult's and Children's Social Care, Health and Finance under one bespoke roof.As Programme Support Officer I support the iCares team with day-to-day Programme management, following Prince2 and MSP project management processes and drafting key Programme documents. I liaise with all Programme stakeholders, both internal and external, and am particularly focused on developing a robust training strategy once the solution is rolled out.I have also undertaken Business Analysis as part of the Council's Adult Social Care Business Process Review for the Programme, working with stakeholders to capture their ASIS process in the form of User Stories and Customer Journeys.

As Deputy Manager I oversaw a number of department processes, including EuroFile's patent validation revenue and the monitoring of filing receipts from our European validation agents to ensure that we provided an efficient and comprehensive service for our clients. In addition, I used my training experience as a previous team lead to help develop new training procedures for new and current team members, as well as ad-hoc training when required.
