Hollywood Casino Opened on June 25, 2009, formally known as Argosy Casino. My duties include assisting the Host Coordinators, coding patrons, sending out Host/PDE P&L Reports & Host/PDE Birthday Lists, keeping track of Contact Logs, Host Reports, sending out Patron Survey Letters, submitting Check Requests, payroll, processing Entertainment checks, hotel rooms, food & beverages, transportation for on property Entertainers, ordering supplies through SWS Stratton Warren Systems, recording and processing invoice payments before they reach A/P, assisting Michelle McAdams (Casino Marketing Manager), Jim Swan (Director of Casino Marketing), Shannon Perron (Marketing Director) and Todd Schutter (Entertainment Services Supervisor).

Argosy created the position of Special Events Coordinator for me. They said with my attention to detail and organizational skills, I had earned the position. I held this position until Argosy became Hollywood Casino on June 25th, 2009. At that time, my title was changed to Casino Marketing Coordinator, where I continued to assist the Host Coordinators when needed.

Was promoted as a Host Coordinator for the Host Department.
