I spent my summer working in a busy buffet restaurant at Legoland. I worked in both front and back of house, meaning that I am very flexible and able to adapt quickly to whatever task I am given. As the summer holidays is peak time for the restaurant, I am also capable of working in a high-pressure environment and prioritising tasks, so that the restaurant runs efficiently, particularly during the busy lunch periods.
