Designed, and now manage, all program aspects resulting in the largest Figure Skating Program in the tri-state area, focused on athlete and coaching safety, SafeSport compliance, athletic performance outcomes, in a profitable model that advances the University's brand. Responsible for staffing, athlete enrollment, budgeting and P/L management for Skating School, Figure Skating Academy, Synchronized Skating, Theatre on Ice, competitive events and performance productions.Designed and launched RMU's Synchronized Skating program, the only US Figure Skating competitive program in Western PA, consisting of 3 competitive teams and 1 developmental team. As Program Director, managing all aspects of program design, staffing, athlete selection, compliance with governing body regulations, and individual athlete and team training that drive performance outcomes.As a US National and Jr. Olympic Figure Skating Coach, I work with athletes, parents, and families to properly set and reset goals, then learn, choreograph, and train in the discipline and techniques of figure skating. I plan and direct athlete training to US Figure Skating regulations and progression levels, in order to prepare athletes for successful competition at qualifying and non-qualifying events.

As a US National and Jr. Olympic Figure Skating Coach, I work with athletes, parents, and families to properly set and reset goals, then learn, choreograph, and train in the discipline and techniques of figure skating. I plan and direct athlete training to US FIgure Skating regulations and progression levels, in order to prepare athletes for successful competition at qualifying and non-qualifying events.I also lead the creation and execution of significant community skating events, such as working with The Hillman Foundation and Brian Boitano to open The RInk at PPG Place in December, 2001, plus every annual Light Up Night celebration at The Rink since. Light Up Night celebrations include staffing and coordination of on-ice talent for the American Cancer Society's Tribute of Light Ceremony.
