As an Inclusion & Wellbeing Advisor at Burness Paull LLP I contribute to our strategy on diversity, inclusion and wellbeing as well as facilitating it's delivery. I have a passion for creating more equitable and inclusive workplaces, and a strong background in human resource management, with a MSc degree from the University of Edinburgh.I leverage my skills in communication, team collaboration, and project management to provide market-leading initiatives and engagement.
