• Oversee the Claims and Reinsurance teams regarding all reinsurance and claims matters. • Develop and manage effective relationships with key outsource provider contacts, external partners, stakeholders, and internal business partners• Oversee claims reporting, for internal needs and regulatory requirements to meet Lloyds Minimum Standards (MS9)• Oversee reinsurance reporting, for internal needs and regulatory requirements to meet Lloyds Minimum Standards (MS7)• Work with our outsourced partners to maintain a robust claims management ensure service procedures and controls are documented, and subject to regular update• Oversee the reinsurance treaties XOL, QS, Facultative and Outward claims, and recoveries, providing utilisation and aged reports where required• Oversee the Claims and Reinsurance systems and data, ensuring data quality metrics are monitored• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are monitored and issues escalated to the Director of Underwriting, external partners, stakeholders, and internal business partners• Maintain processes and procedures to provide management information in line with managing agent requirements• Manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and maintain quality of service• Understand and adopt a Treating Customers Fairly approach to all aspects of day-to-day work
