• Ensure that the organization is adhering to all WSIB regulations.
• Track all accidents and near misses. Complete documentation for all accidents causing lost time using WSIB Form 7.
• Meet with WSIB representation to speak to accidents.
• Monthly centre and first aid auditing, recommendations for improvement and changes as needed.
• Work with maintenance and janitorial groups to ensure that centre needs are met in a timely fashion.
• Educate employees to ensure that Health & Safety requirements are adhered to.

• In partnership with an external client develops and implements various training initiatives.
• Key player in re-purposing existing material and training methods to suit virtual training.
• Create and facilitate modules for virtual training using a variety of platforms.
• Create and modify training material to support strategic initiatives/performance targets of the business.
• In conjunction with other Sykes site contacts, reviews and verifies all training processes, procedures and site plans for consistency and accuracy. Recommends and facilitates improvements or changes as necessary.
• Attend strategy meetings and performs reviews and internal audits to ensure accurate and consistent training.
