Provides supervision, direction, mentoring and leadership to geographically dispersed Regional Directors and Regional Supervisors. Ensures contractual obligations and policies and procedures are implemented per contract. Analyzes and interprets complex data and provides effective problem-solving skills, organizational skills and time-management skills. Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration while serving as the central point of contact for feedback regarding performance of field counseling services.
