During my time as British Airways Cabin Crew I have gained many skills whilst getting travel the world. Using great interpersonal skills, I have given a high and effective service for people of all cultures. During my time in this role I have become very versatile as I am a quick learner and have been trained on more aircraft than most of my colleagues. I was also selected by my line manager to be First Class trained as I have received many customer compliments during my first year with the company, which was recognised in the yearly review as being in the top quarter of crew in the fleet in customer service and satisfaction. In my latest employee review I have been advised to apply to be a Cabin Manager but feel like my career belongs outside of the aviation industry.
