I am a highly motivated person with a strong desire to succeed. I am passionate about my work and will work extremely hard to deliver high quality results. I enjoy being challenged and am happy to take on difficult projects in order to prove my worth. I can build strong and effective relationships and am a good team player but can also work highly effectively on my own and am happy to do so. My organisation and communication skills are very strong, and I was able to further to develop these during my time at Bank of America. I currently work for Manchester City Council and have worked across a number of directorates since my time here, including core, growth and neighbourhoods and most recently children, adults and education. I have previously worked in the private sector providing outsourced internal audit at PKF/BDO to company’s mainly in the housing association and further education sectors. I have completed my PIIA and my CIIA. I have graduated from Manchester Metropolitan Business School with a degree classification of 2.1 in BSc (Hons) Business Information Technology; I completed a 4 year sandwich degree course in which on my placement year I worked for MBNA/Bank of America as an IT auditor with a remit of Europe, Middle East and Asia. In the past I have proved myself to be a very hard worker and a good team player; I will take on any task asked of me and complete this to a high standard.
