Quantity Surveyor with 7years experience of the NEC contract (options A, B and C) and subcontract manager within the Civil Engineering sector. Subcontract manager to a number of packages including two of the largest on the scheme (Earthworks and Surfacing) as well as demolition, kerbing, site clearance, retaining walls and many others. Change management is part of a key role in my position, with variations / CE's being submitted to subcontractors and the client.Also a construction ambassador for the company involved with educating children and young adults about the industry and the company in association with Construction Skills.
