I’m naturally curious and analytic in my approach and my role has enabled me to develop an understanding of service wide themes, and individual team needs (including BCP). I promote and develop ideas to improve consistency of care across service via the clinical leads/operations meetings. I have delivered training on trauma at various service days/conferences and to various services such as education, police and social care. I also offer consultation and supervision to those who may be experiencing vicarious trauma in relation to their work.Additional Accredited/Certified Training:• AIM 2 (Working with children who sexually
