I am a senior sales adviser and key holder for JoJo Solihull, I hold responsibility for opening/closing the store and the cashing of the tills. Within my role I assist with the admin responsibilities for the store and monitor the figures with an aim to review the success of particular product groups. I am an outgoing team player, offering assistance to other stores when they are short staffed and getting involved with marketing/networking for the store. I am a confident saleswoman and enjoy working with the general public, providing a personal experience to each individual customer. Working with pregnant mothers and family's means that I often work one-on-one with children, this enables parents to shop and has enhanced my communication skills further.

I started in the company as a sales assistant and progressed to a visual merchandiser and supervisor for the store. I am often left in charge of the store and hold responsibility for opening/closing the store and the cashing of the tills. I am a confident sales assistant and enjoy working with the general public, offering a personal experience to each individual customer. As part of the management team I am a fundamental figure within our store, as a trustworthy and approachable figure colleagues often come to me with store and personal issues which are dealt with and followed up in line with regulation and handled appropriately for each individual circumstance. My effective and prompt problem solving skills are useful when dealing with crisis management within the store, applicable to both team members and customers. Along with team and shop floor management I have held training sessions for my team members on product knowledge and customer service skills. To reinforce my leadership skills I completed a qualification that validated my management credentials. Within this position I lead by example, which enhances my delegation skills giving my team confidence in my ability to lead and manage the shop efficiently. Within Lush I have helped to maintain a happy and cohesive working environment for both staff and the general public, highlighting my excellent people skills and my capability to lead a content team.
