I have gained a lot of experience across a variety of roles and tasks, including experience planning day to day repairs/maintenance work for a housing association, as well as arranging planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. My role as an Administrator means I have been able to take on tasks such as analysing reports and highlighting trends, looking at the bigger picture on what we can do within the team and as a company to improve our services but also look at areas we are performing well in. I manage the van stock for our DLO and always look at ways to benefit them and our customers to ensure we have a high percentage of first time fixes. Additionally, I manage contractors to ensure we are delivering the best service for our customers. I've broaden my technical knowledge of plumbing and carpentry through hands on 'Shadowing' days with the company's DLO and I'm currently working towards gaining further skills in plumbing via training courses with potential to move towards an NVQ qualification. I also hope to later take courses on carpentry and joinery. I have completed a basic course in plumbing via AbleSkills which has helped build my technical knowledge within the maintenance department, meaning I am able to assist on queries across the companyAs part of my FRTV degree, I have gained experience researching as well as gaining experience as a production manager for a live dating show we created as part of our final project. I have worked mainly behind the camera as part of a production team, a position I have found I feel most comfortable and confident.
