- Follow the onboarding process by creating offer letters, initiating computer assessments and background screenings, submitting IT tickets, and providing important information to new hires via email and text- Use the database, JazzHR, to complete initial application reviews, then delegate the applicant into the correct disposition, completing database upkeep in the process - Utilize BetterTeam for application review and transfer applicants into JazzHR for future considerations

- Audit applications for refinance & title change transactions while adhering to state/county guidelines, processing 125-150 accounts a week (only 4% rejection rate)- Calculate applicable sales tax and order checks for accounts in accordance to the various state/county requirements- Complete the required paperwork for each account, and mail completed application packets to their respective contacts- Correct rejected applications received back and complete the submission process again
