I was employed as a Fixed Term Agency factory operative at Greencore Spalding. In this role I was trained on 2 prepackaged lines in High Care and was trained on labelling paperwork.

During the summer holidays I worked as an agency worker at Orchard House Foods Ltd in Corby on the high risk desserts line. As I was working with allergens I had to have good hygiene to minimise the risk of contaminating other lines. My main responsibility was to produce the products at a high standard and at industrial speed.

During the summer holidays I was employed here as an Animal Assistant and worked closely with both the animals and the customers visiting the park. I was responsible for the basic care of the domestic farm animals which included; ducks, rabbits, goats, pigs, alpacas, ponies and chickens. I was also responsible for ensuring the animals and customers safety during close encounters for example with pony rides, bunny cuddling and meeting the alpacas. After I finished my college course I began agency work at Princes where I worked within the factory during their busiest period. In this role I worked with food so had to follow strict hygiene instructions and also cleaned the lines and surrounding area to ensure food hygiene and staff safety. My main role was to find foreign objects and report them to the Quality Auditors and managers.
