With over 20 years of experience in corporate settings, I have worked my way from customer support to Project Management and Service Management. I’ve invested my career in Cloud Technology by becoming an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and intend to obtain additional certifications in other cloud platforms. Prior to my current role, I served as the Service Management Lead for a local client, using best practices to develop sustainable processes for the operations teams. Outside of work you can find me chalking my cue stick and playing billiards with my APA league team members. I may invite you over for wine and a homecooked meal or beer and board games. Currently based out of Columbus, OH, I live with my two senior cats – Ninja Steve (a Maine Coon) and Charley (a calico cyclops).
