Sales Compensation Analyst
• Responsible for managing commissions for the Small Business segment including uploading quotas, verifying compensation results for accuracy, and submitting to payroll• Responsible for managing multiple commission processing projects throughout each month which requires meeting multiple deadlines• Perform manual calculations of compensation results and ensure accuracy of automated calculation results• Research and resolve commission disputes and appeals from the sales field. Team Lead for my team with regards to handling compensation appeals submitted by sales directors and/or VP’s• Responsible for implementing, interpreting, and communicating the compensation plan and compensation abstracts to the sales field.• Develop, write, and present monthly training sessions to the sales field on how to understand and use our compensation system. • Work closely with IT to ensure functionality of compensation systems is running smoothly• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to help rollout new compensation systems• Utilize systems such as Sharepoint, Business Objects, Siebel, and MS Excel on a daily basis
