Assisting in the busy A&E department at King's College Hospital as one of the first ports of call for patients. Regularly volunteering with a LWT group to assess the disease status of local trees (e.g. with the emerging problem of ash dieback), surveying fungi and birds, chopping down poisonous trees (such as Cherry Laurel), and the general management of the local ecosystem as we imitate large mammals that would have once lived there in an attempt to keep the site as it would have been, had they not become extinct there. This includes the removal of bramble, the cutting back of overgrowth, the creation of dead hedges, the clearing of ponds etc.
