As an elementary school principal, I lead a team of educators who are committed to providing high-quality instruction and a positive learning environment for our students. I have a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership and 17+ years of experience in public education, with 11+ years in school administration.One of my core competencies is communication, which I use to collaborate with all stakeholders and to implement effective strategies for continuous improvement. I also have expertise in Canvas, an online learning platform that I have integrated into our curriculum and instruction. Recently, I participated in the Campus Leadership Program through The Holdsworth Center, where I received executive coaching and professional development on organizational leadership and change management. Through this program, I was able to lead a project that directly impacted student learning and achievement at our school. My mission is to drive positive change and foster a love of learning in our school community.
