Sales Compensation Administration calculates compensation and pays most of the people who sell and service solutions for our U.S. clients. This includes partners who work directly for Principal (advisors and leaders in the Principal Financial Network, and all of our wholesalers and service representatives), plus brokers, distribution firms, broker-dealers, brokerage general agencies, third party administrators, registered investment advisors, etc. — all who work with us to provide Principal solutions to their clients. As an Onboarding Rep, I enable our Distribution Partners to effortlessly navigate the onboarding and registration process; deliver exceptional service through our partnerships and range of services; drive the growth and success of our partners, their clients, and the organization as a whole.
