P&O Aurora

For a 6 month long contract, I worked on board P&O Aurora as a Pandora and Swarovski Specialist. On many occasions I would also manage our large clothing department as the shops shared a shop floor. As an English speaking crew member, I was also muster personnel of a muster station for 396 pax, duties including passenger control, life jacket demonstrations, child management and lifeboat drilling.

Staines

Supervisor of 15 part time and full time general assistants. Ensuring high quality standards and customer service is met and improved where required. Responsible for interviewing, introducing and training new colleagues, ensuring all legal and health and safety requirements are met whilst also maintaining a suitable and practical work structure in which the new colleague(s) can thrive and achieve above and beyond. Responsible for store opening and shut down across weekdays and weekends; including night-shift work for seasonal and promotion implementations throughout the year. Trained in cash management of incoming and outgoing money both for office and shop floor use. High ability to deal with a number of different cash flows at once.

Woking

Team management of 23 part-time and full-time assistants, responsible for organising their daily tasks and responsibilities. Ensuring high standard of customer service is maintained and improved when required. Additional department responsibilities – regulating three diverse departments and ensuring high standards throughout. Stock control and also the implementation of news ways of working and in-store customer demonstration.

Woking

Basic House-keeping, customer service, stock level control and delivery management. Working independently on a regular basis and as part of a large team during peak-trading times. Implementing theatrical product workshops for all-aged audiences. Working with varying customer skill-levels.
