I am responsible for the ongoing training of 50+ maintenance technicians on using the work order system Yardi including how to add labor hours, notes, and photos to work orders that they worked on daily. I also onboard all of the technicians for this same account which includes getting them logged into their email, Yardi, applications utilized for mileage tracking and reimbursement as well as ensuring they have the contacts for their leadership and other maintenance technicians working on the same account. I am responsible for invoicing one of our customers weekly for the maintenance technician hours as well as materials used for each work order. I work on call after hours M-F, every weekend and all holidays for the same customer to ensure maintenance emergencies are responded to right away by calling out their approved vendors. I have created five SOPs for the IFS division and am currently working on creating three more. These are currently the only SOPs for the day to day operations of the division. I provide administrative support to the account manager of our largest customer by entering POs into the Yardi system for project work that needs to be completed at each site, creating training materials for the maintenance techs, and training materials for the supervisors of the maintenance techs.
