I have experience working within several different sectors including retail, Health and Social care (Domiciliary and Residential). These roles include supervisor, deputy manager and branch manager. My current role as a customer relations manager is based upon building and maintaining relationships amongst stakeholders, the local community and prospective clients. It's imperative to me that during the mindfield that is healthcare, all options are made readily available to those in need. My skills include strong communication, building rapport and IT - including all Microsoft applications and Xero in relation to accountancy software.
