Having spent over a decade in high-stress and fast-paced work environments, I am able to quickly adapt to a variety of environments, while continuing to provide consistent and superior quality of work. I take pride in my attention to detail, anticipation of needs, and time management. Although initially hired on as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Watkins Heating & Cooling, within months of starting I was approached to take on a dual role as a Service Writer in the parts department as well. While working in my dual role, I was also promoted to the Lead CSR position, taking on even more job duties and responsibilities.
