Hi, I am Bethany. I’m a Design Leader, at frog I lead the Service Design practice; and my main focus is to design the best-in-class experiences and services. My career lives within the intersection of people, processes, technology, and design. I am most alive when leading large scale transformations, and working with my clients to create new services, launch completely new offerings, and fix existing products & services. I am a guest speaker at the University of Arts London, Edinburgh Napier University, and Savanna College of Art and Design. I have also spoken at global conferences about The State of Service Design in the U.S. My work has won DBA Design Effectiveness awards, and I have also been published on The BBC, The Scotsman, and the South China Morning Post.

- I worked as the teddy bear designer on a 2 for 1 business model project for http://threadies.com/ - selling a teddy bear to children in north america while its partnering bear went to children in a refugee camp 2014.
- I facilitated a partnership between ACCF foundation and Edinburgh Napier, running a competition for students to design a hand bag that would be made and sold in the middle east. The student's winning bag design project.
