This was accomplished by planning, developing, promoting, and implementing recreation and wellness programs of wide scope. This position provided direction to other employees.RESPONSIBILITIES:•Collected data for policy recommendations. This was completed with quarterly and annual community needs assessments, surveys, and evaluations. As a result, revenue and attendance increased by 2%.•Coordinated traditional events, virtual events, and managed event zones ranging from 10 to 80,000 participants, and an average click-rate of 12%. •Monitored the program budgets ranging from $150 to $10,000. This was conducted with cost recovery reports, after-action reports, expense tracking, and recommendations for budget requests for the upcoming fiscal year.•Maintained relationships with professional services providers by recruiting, auditing, and retaining talent. This was accomplished with targeted advertisement, consulting and directing professional service providers, and providing opportunities to connect talent with our clients. There was about 2 programs added annually, and 90% retention rate of professional service providers and event partners.•Conducted comprehensive training and onboarding for about 12 employees, 12 volunteers and 20 professional service providers. OVERVIEW:University position for Meadows Center for Health Resources located in the Student Health and Wellness Center. The purpose of this position was to provide health and wellness education to students through interactive programs, tabling, and other outreach events. On and off-campus programming for many different departments, organizations, and staff/faculty was required. This position encouraged students to make responsible and informed decisions regarding their sexual health and wellbeing. This position provided direction to other peer educators and volunteers.RESPONSIBILITIES:•Provided leadership by recruiting, training, and monitoring the volunteer group, Peer Educators. This was completed by facilitating BACCHUS Certified Peer Educator Training each semester for each volunteer, monitoring active membership requirements, providing volunteer orientation, and excellent communication.
