I work on Marketing initiatives for the Embedded Payments team in Card Services, specifically with Digital Wallets and Stored Cards.

Key player on the implementation team of CRM Recruit at Wilmington University. Work to empower users to work within the system to maximize efficiency and reporting, develop training material, and work to create visual representations of data and data reports. Develop policies and procedures for the CRM Recruit System, developed all functional improvements and enhancements to the CRM and managed the testing of any upgrades in the system. Work closely with Information Technology to ensure proper functionality of the system including integrations with Salesforce, Parchment, Signal Vine, andPerceptive Content. Participated in multi-department working groups to ensure collaboration and uniformity in communication, web presence and integration initiatives. Work closely with University Relations and Recruiting to implement communication strategies and initiatives out of the CRM.

Data entry, application processing, assisting applicants through application process, applicant contact and follow up, recruitment planning and implementation both locally and nationally, conducting presentations in high school art classes, attending recruitment events, conduct portfolio reviews and admission interviews, special projects.

Recruiting in the areas of Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Michigan and Illinois. Advise high school students on portfolio development and general art college application materials. Attend National Porfolio Days (www.portfolioday.net)
