With over 10 years of experience in the UX field, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create user-centric and impactful solutions for complex and diverse challenges. My mission is to leverage research and data to inform and inspire design decisions that enhance the experience and satisfaction of customers and stakeholders. As the Executive Director of UX Research for the Private Bank org at JPMorgan Chase, I lead a new cross-product UX research team that focuses on end-to-end user journeys and the service design of the experience across all users.In my current role, I partner with product and design leaders to prioritize, plan, and lead the execution of research from discovery to evaluative stages. Some of the projects that I have been involved in include improving the digital onboarding process, optimizing the web and mobile platforms, and enhancing the agent and advisor tools. I have also contributed to the development and adoption of the UX research best practices, standards, and tools within the organization. I leverage my skills in journey mapping, user experience design, and user experience to deliver innovative and effective solutions that align with the business goals and vision.
