• Ability to understand, and document complex technical detail in simple terms.
• Working experience of Oxygen XML Editor, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerPoint and other industry standard tools.
• Document operational processes for deployment.
• Preparing written text and coordinating the layout and organization of the manuals and other documents according to prepared outlines and specifications.

• Relay departure, arrival, delay, aircraft and airfield status, and other pertinent information to upline controlling agencies.
• Procure, produce, and provide information on the safe operation of aircraft, such as flight planning publications, operations publications, charts and maps, and weather information.
