Responsible for exceeding customer service standards, marketing and merchandising in an ever evolving store front of jewelry, electronics and general merchandise to increase sales and customer interest, and elevate store’s financial success consistently. Nominated by District Manager to build relationships with local charities, rally a team of managers and team members to volunteer their time and effort into giving back to our local communities, responsible for insuring that all allotted fundraising funds are utilized in a proper fashion and identify and assist local 501(c)(3) charities with EZCorp Foundation Grant request.

Greater Atlanta Area

After successfully working with my team to convert a newly acquired location into a top 30 store that exceeded its budget by over 150%, I was asked to participate in the conversion of two more privately owned locations in the greater Atlanta area. During this time I actively participated in initial audits of the existing store's assets, computer training with all team members and management, and instructed team on asset protection, loss prevention, and all company policies and procedures. After a year of daily operations management and training, the store entered into the top 30 for revenue excellence.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

As regional market trainer, I spend the first 2-3 days of a new team member's career introducing them to the pawn industry in a small group setting. Acting as a liaison between the EZCORP corporate office and the new hire, I present company programs and procedures, customer service standards, precious metal and gemstone training, and computer training. As the regional market trainer, I give new team members an exciting introduction into an ever-changing industry with real-life experiences, small group discussions, and computer based training. Upheld position simultaneously while maintaining sales and management roles.

Greater Atlanta Area

As assistant store manager, I was responsible for working along side the store manager to insure store excelled in sales and loan portfolio growth on a consistent basis while upholding all company policies and programs. Within four months of training sales and lending team members and re-merchandising a newly acquired location, I assisted the store in excelling all revenue metrics. After proving my talents in re-merchandising and re-setting stores while training and developing team members, I was asked to travel to stores throughout the east coast as a representative of EZCORP. This included arriving at the newly acquired Cash Converters in Pottstown, Pennsylvania to assist store managers and team members ease into a new computer system and answer both IT, human resource, and general questions about EZCORP. In fiscal year 2011 my home store was ranked within as a top 30 location throughout the company and the store was named #1 for it's revenue tier in the company at the annual Presidents Circle Awards. Six months after this prestigious award, I was asked to be part of a team to be sent to various stores in the Alabama market to re-set and re-merchandise stores to improve sales and the store's aesthetics.

Jacksonville, Florida Area And Greater Atlanta, Georgia Area

As a sales and lending team member, I functioned as a company representative to interact with customers one on one to assist the store in consistent sales and loan portfolio growth while upholding all company procedures and programs.
