CurrentIn my current role, I measure productivity by analyzing performance and financial data while Implementing strategies to drive change and improve performances. I am experienced in budget creation, forecasting numbers, and data analysis. I ensure all operational systems (Training, Hiring, Development, Product Management, Reviews) are performed to company standards. I have a track record for consistency in product management and project management. Additionally, I lead, guide, and measure team development and performance; including Assistant General Managers, Operations Team Members, Kitchen Managers and all Hourly Employees. I identify opportunities for individual successes & proactively develop team members into managers/aid in personal goals, while modeling a culture of Performance, Recognition, and Accountability. I intentionally invest in all employees individually and as a team to maximize a positive culture and work environment. I am adept at executing high level communications with internal executives: Human Resources, Finance, Training & Development, Marketing, Organizational Development. I am a proponent of self growth and regularly identify opportunities for improvements and initiate solutions for organizational improvement and development as well as self assessing opportunities for personal growth and working toward successes through daily, weekly, and quarterly goals. I am responsible for assisting in interviewing processes, reviews, and pay discussions for managers and team members.
