Women Lead Publishing is an imprint created to support the professional women in the non-fiction space. Becoming an author provides these women with a platform to share their voice, a way to elevate their expertise and position themselves as experts in their industry or subject matter. As the managing editor, I run the day-to-day operations of the imprint making sure projects stay on track, budgets are adhered to and standards of quality are met.

Guadalajara Area, Mexico

As the director, responsibilities included the oversight and management of the production of books, booklets, print media, audio and web content. Managed a production staff of 30 writers, editors, designers, translators and illustrations (both in-house and freelance). Managed the printing budget and schedules. Supervised the printing and mail fulfillment, Managed translations into Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese.
