My husband, Nate, and I are missionaries to Austria with a focus on church planting and teaching. We are currently spending our time learning German in Vienna.

Building on my 6 years of experience as a corporate event producer, I assisted in producing corporate meetings & events by providing project and budget management, creative input, production management, writing and other related services.

▪ Oversaw the hiring and recruiting process by attending job fairs, printing and sending job fliers, conducting an initial scan of incoming resumes, setting up interviews and maintaining detailed records of all job applicants▪ Facilitated positive employee relations by organizing office events, scheduling office meetings, composing a Personnel Policies Manual, and being available to address employee concerns▪ Conducted periodic meetings with employees to evaluate performance and improve employee satisfaction▪ Served as a liaison between the company president and employees, communicating information and scheduling meetings▪ Wrote website content and collaborated with a web designer to improve the look and feel of the company site▪ Evaluated the organization’s current inventory system and coordinated the relocation of all inventory to an off-site location
