As an IT professional with a First-Class Honours degree in Digital and Technology Solutions (Business Analysis) and over eight years in the industry, I bring a balanced mix of technical and strategic expertise. My career journey has been a progressive blend of project management, business analysis, and support, with a recent transition into infrastructure engineering, where I'm eager to further expand my technical skill set.In my prior role as a Project Management Associate, I spent over three years coordinating project schedules, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and managing the day-to-day operations within a PMO. This experience sharpened my skills in project estimation, delivery, and cross-functional teamwork, all of which I leverage in my current role.As an IT Business Analyst and Support Analyst, I developed strong foundations in process mapping, IT service management, and requirements analysis. I collaborated closely with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure that proposed solutions were aligned with business needs and goals.
