USPS Transit Time Measurement System (TTMS) – Business Analytics and Optimization (BAO) - 2010-- International Panel Liaison overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of 60 international participants through a web based application-- Strategic Communications lead responsible for the publication of 150+ communications sent to 20,000+ volunteers containing pertinent project information in order to achieve SLA targets ranging from 92.85-96.65%
