Manage all retail operations game day and non-game within the First Energy Stadium. Manage and train all retail associates and seasonal game day employees. Manage and provide direction within the retail operation. Develop and implement new retail concepts and assist with special events. Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure merchandise is ordered. Implement accurate financial reporting and work closely with General Manager and corporate finance team to ensure timely reporting. Responsible for all visual merchandise at First Energy Stadium.

Westgate Team Shop

• Merchandise the store to meet company standards while using personal creativity to appeal to the target market• Support Store Manager with scouting, training, and scheduling of 10 to 12 employees• Inspire staff members to meet personal daily sales goals through leading by example and practicing AT BATs• Proficiently open and reconcile daily merchandise and ticket business• Efficiently operate and manage store’s TicketMaster Host & Archtics for daily ticket transactions as well as on-going ticket promotions at Progressive Field

Supports the daily operation and management oversight of the Team Shop operations at the Southpark Center location. Operates in partnership with the Retail Manager and assists with scouting, interviewing, hiring, training, and development of the part-time sales associates. Merchandises the store, ensures stock and stockroom are efficiently maintained, and completes markdowns with accuracy and timeliness. Utilizes TicketMaster Host and Archtics for daily ticket sales. Completes opening and closing reconciliation procedures for proper day to day operations.

Assisted the ticket manager with all box office activities. Communicated and organized all season ticket operations as well as served as a customer service representative to over 1500 season ticket holders throughout Spring Training and Florida State League. Managed a part time staff of 5 to 15 people. Responsible for reconciliation of the box office monies as well as responsible for daily game day reports.

Worked with vendors, helped in the selection and receiving of team merchandise, labeled and stored new merchandise, created tasteful displays, processed orders, updated the Team Store website, and used the prism inventory system to monitor and control inventory levels. Primarily responsible for the management and control of the store during spring training, as well as the part time staff of 20 workers. Responsible for the reconciliation of monies at the end of each day. Also responsible for assisting with the sales of tickets for promotional nights, group events, and individual games. Distributed promotional items in the community as well as assisted with any team mascot or player appearances at the ballpark or in the community.

Helped produce and implement BGSU volleyball promotions, as well as assist with volleyball and football game day procedures.

Assisting with all operations of a minor league baseball team.

Worked on game days as a door greeter, stocker, cashier, and kiosk attendant.
