Customer Care Specialist
Current• Correspond with physicians and medical staff to ensure Partner Success• Respond to Partner inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner and provide product and service information• Maintain records and accounts for vaccine inventory and medical billing• Handle at least 110 Inbound/Outbound Partner service calls, emails, chats and other related requests per week• Develop and maintain relationships with Partner to ensure continued enrollment and success
