CurrentPromoted to an executive leadership position that provides vital direction and management of the company’s marketing and business development efforts.In addition to maintaining all previous position responsibilities:• Create a Marketing Plan and coordination of all deliverables.• Manage the marketing budget.• Budget, design, implement, and analyze digital, print, and funded marketing efforts.• Develop promotions in conjunction with multiple vendors spiffs.• Research, analyze, and collaborate on new marketing efforts after reviewing industry competition.• Forecast marketing opportunities to ownership while working closely with manufacturer representatives to capitalize on cobranded exposure.• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and communication efforts for white papers, website, webinars, social media, events, etc. to ensure brand consistency.• Implement a robust, proactive, and targeted deliverables plan for the existing client base and prospects.• Manage involvement and execution for key industry events.• Provide Google Analytics analysis to track visitor flow and interaction throughout the company website.• Content creation and delivery at the quarterly all-hands meeting initiating thought-provoking conversations on upcoming team activities including spiffs and events.• Collaborate with upper management to strategize on a new implementation plan for the company’s social media presence.
