Serving in a multi-functional role at Simonini Builders for 7 years has provided Beth with exposure to a variety of areas of the company including estimating, process improvement, architecture collaboration for plan development, scheduling, sales, accounting and overall project management. - Gained experience in Timberline estimating/accounting as well as developed detailed specifications/proposals for a full range of residential construction projects including custom homes, neighborhood portfolio homes and home renovations up $2 million dollars. - Selected to transfer to the Lowcountry to assist with start up of a new division as Project Manager. - Facilitated the introduction of a Microsoft Access based design selection system and its integration into an existing internal database and reporting system, as part of a cycle time and profit improvement effort.- Collaborated with multiple architecture firms, building material trade partners and internal staff members to develop a new plan portfolio for future neighborhood developments. - Managed a full range of custom and speculative projects from onset through project completion ($2.5 - $3 million annually). Responsibilities included sales, proposals, estimates, change orders, ongoing job cost updates and client invoicing.
