  I maintain the front of house for client and contractor meetings, and provide support for all departments so that the creative processes of an architecture and design firm can continue uninterrupted. My primary duties include greeting clients, ensuring the conference room is available for scheduled meetings, setting up remote calls via Zoom and Teams, following up on invoices, processing payments, and managing phone calls. I also handle employee on and off boarding, organize and maintain both electronic and paper files for billing, contracts, and other documents. During the course of my duties, I communicate regularly with the heads of both Architecture and Design sure that they have what they need to keep up with their hectic schedules. I coordinate with all staff to make sure that we have the supplies and equipment needed, and that any problems are managed in a timely manner.Other duties include typing and editing contracts and proposals, and transition to digital for remaining paper files. Minor office maintenance such as replacing lightbulbs, washing dishes, making coffee, and troubleshooting common office equipment are performed as needed.
