As an educator with over 30 years of experience, I find joy in teaching others how to find and create balance and peace for themselves. I have had the privilege of guiding yoga and meditation students of all ages and backgrounds on their journey towards healthier and happier lives. In my classes, I create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming space where we cultivate self-awareness, build inner strength, and find a sense of deep relaxation amidst the chaos of everyday life.
