I am a Certified Traditional Naturopath, and 500 hour Yoga Instructor and trainer. I love to help people understand the basics of health and wellness, digestion, and emotional balance. All too often we approach health from a physical standpoint and ignore the emotional component of healing. I spent eight years in the pharmaceutical industry and saw firsthand that the current prospective to our wellbeing is fundamentally flawed. People are more than symptoms and a diagnosis. This revelation lead me to complete a health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I studied the dietary theories of some of the most respected thought leaders in the science of holistic health and healing. I followed that by completing studies at the Trinity School of Natural Health and obtained my certificate in Naturopathy, completing the board exam in November 2022. While there is certainly a time and a place for conventional medicine, I also want to be able to connect you to practitioners who can offer an alternative prospective and treatments.
