In building relationships, you build Trust which is vitally important in Real Estate. I also believe Customer Service rounds out the Trio. It is my passion and I desire to see my clients achieve their real estate goals, just as much as they do.  I love helping people through the next phase of their buying or selling experience, making it as seamless as possible for my clients.  I will not give up until I have helped my clients succeed, keeping on top of the transaction from beginning to end.  Negotiating is one of my strengths and I have built a circle of influence within the real estate market including mortgage brokers, home inspectors, contractors, attorneys, etc. I am able to guide my clients to the right individuals wherever they are in the processAnother one of my passions is working with investors - primarily those that flip homes and/or buy rental property.  Having spent several years in home decorating and staging, I have a keen sense of what a home needs to possess in order to sell quickly and for top dollar in the current market. I use this experience not only with my investor's homes but also with Sellers, helping them to get the most money for their property with the least amount of investment.
