As a Business Support Administrator, my main roles are providing office support to the technical team who are appointed as CDM Advisors and Principal Designers on large construction works, creating and issuing invoices to clients and preparing Health and Safety Files for construction projects for clients. My responsilities included taking phone calls from clients wishing to join the pet health plan, advising clients of plan details, taking card payments over the phone, handling confidential information, liaising with vet practices to discuss clients’ plan details and.

Lilongwe, Malawi

I took the opportunity to go to Malawi and work at a wildlife centre that rescues orphaned, injured and abandoned animals. I loved every aspect of the experience, from working with the animals around the clock, to getting involved with the local communities in outreach and education programmes. I also had the opportunity to apply my television production.

My responsibilities included setting up mobile bars at parties, weddings and other functions; making and serving drinks; glass collecting; taking cash payments and using the till; and cleaning down and packing away bars after events.
