As a Senior Partner and Mercer’s US Central Market CEO, I love working with my amazing and talented team of colleagues to achieve impactful results across for our clients across the Central market. My entire career (more than a third at Mercer) has been focused on helping clients solve their people related challenges. My experience is multi-industry and my clients use Mercer for a full spectrum of services across talent, retirement, health, and investments.I firmly believe in the value of diversity, where utilizing the collective power of unique voices, backgrounds, and perspectives will make us stronger. I’m dedicated to improving Mercer’s diversity locally, and am co-Executive Sponsor of our Chicago Diversity Task Force. My passion for DEI includes a focus on the promotion and advancement of women in the workforce and I’m active in the Women@Mercer Business Resource Group and am on the Board of The Chicago Network.I am committed to helping the communities in which we live and work, as well as serving globally. As the great Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, what are you doing for others?” I believe we are put on this earth to give back, not to take. As such, I enjoy serving on the Compassion & Justice team at my church and am a Board member of Friends of Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook. I graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan and previously achieved my Fellow of the Society of Actuaries designation. I’m a diehard U of M fan and love watching Wolverine football and basketball. I’m the proud mother of two amazing teenagers and enjoy traveling with my husband and family to new places.
