Coordinating an early intervention project that works with young people engaging, or are at risk of engaging, in serious youth violence.The aim of the project is to steer young people away from violence and criminal activity by empowering them to develop skills, coping mechanisms and attitudes to make positive life choices.The initiative uses a combination of bespoke one-to-one mentoring sessions and small group workshops to improve protective factors and decrease risk factors.
