As chair of the Online Studio program I solicit and review class proposals for the Embroiderers' Guild online class offerings. I negotiate and follow through on teacher contracts, troubleshoot class issues, and maintain a schedule of classes which are offered quarterly.

The Embroiderers' Guild of America is a 501c3 non-profit organization that exists to further the history and education of needlework. My job as Region Director required me to Chair the Executive Committee and Region Board, as well as serving on the National EGA Board of Directors and the Regions Committee. I also acted as facilitator to the members of the New England Region Board, assist all Chapters in the Region as needed, act as liaison between chapters and National Board.

As Director of Operations, I was a partner in Process Solutions from its inception. This included set up and maintenance of all systems and support software to run the business: Quickbooks, ACT! for all database functions, Word and Excel to create templates to streamline processes, and a fully functional Excel spreadsheet which tracked and tallied all sales. Also fully responsible for all cash flow management.Handled all inside sales functions from pricing, troubleshooting, product identification, and was the face of customer service. This work was instrumental in building the company from its start to a $ 3M business within 3 years.
